OUR PROJECTS ADDRESS OUR KID’S SPECIFICS NEEDS, TALENTS AND DREAMS.

1. Scholarships

One of our most important goals is to make sure our kids have access to education. We cover full tuition for each of them to attend a local school. While many want to follow in the footsteps of our founder and become professional soccer players, we have a few doctors, lawyers and engineers in the making.

2. Sports

We use sports as a means to nurture our kids’ athletic dreams and as a vehicle to help them develop good habits that support their mental and physical health. Sports also builds character by teaching kids important values and life lessons that will lead them to success on and off the fields.

3. Tradeschool & Training facilities

Dreams can take many forms and we want to support our kids, whatever form theirs take. The cornerstone of our vision is a multipurpose facility in Uganda that will offer opportunities for all of our kids to acquire practical life and professional skills.

2147 STUDENTS IMPACTED BY YOUR KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY.

Girls and Boys at Risk, Community center

Girls and Boys at Risk is a community center we work with in terms of giving them support with food and school supplies. We support 42 students in the community center and helps them to pursue their education and sports.

Most of the kids who live at this center are orphans, so this center act as their home.

PAY IT FORWARD.

Sport Administration course

The Azira Micheal Youth Foundation in collaboration with Uganda Olympic Committee organized a three-day Sport Administration Course aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of sports administrators.
The course attracted a diverse group of 70 participants, comprising both male and female representatives from various educational and sports organizations across Kiboga, and Kampala.

Water project

Did you know that Azira Foundation also actively participate to improving the living conditions of locals?

Water has been a major problem to our local people in this region of Bukomero. People have been drinking from the same pond that livestock drink from. This led to several people getting sick but now with the construction of the new Borehole, people now have access to clean drinking water.
